every month chantelle from fat mum slim makes a list of photo prompts to follow for the month.
all you do is take a photo of whatever the prompt is and hashtag it with #fmsphotoaday on instagram.
for july I struggled! I felt like I HAD to have a picture everyday but then a lot of them ended up sucking so for August I'm just going to do what I can!
