so I was browsing through pinterest as per usual and found a bunch of things I pinned forever ago and since I still love them
this is hands down my dream bath. I could live in the bath. it is not unusual for me to crawl into one for 3+ hours. no joke.
and can we just take a minute and think about how awesome this would be in your basement...
these two remind me of a rustic feel or like antique-y or something. I dunno but I love em!
I tried to find my dream kitchen but I couldn't. it would be big and open and functioning. I plan on baking a million times over with any offspring I may produce. with a huge fridge I can cover with all the shit they'll take home from daycare!

this week's topic...
I totally struggled with this topic! luckily I messed up the scheduling of my post and now get to re-write it!
so my top secret secret is that I have no idea how to react to other people's feelings.
now, I wouldn't consider myself a heartless bitch or anything but sometimes I might come off as one! when people cry in front of me I often stand there awkwardly questioning whether or not I need to hug them (also, hugs. not my thing. that's another story).
I have no idea why I am like this, I was loved plenty as a child but for some reason feelings and emotions are just not my thing!
funny story. second year university group of girls who've hung out together since first year was kind of separating from each other so a few of them called a group meeting in one of their rooms so we could all sit around and discuss our feelings.
nope, not kidding.
wanna know what I did? stared out the window trying to determine if I could safely jump.
when it was my turn to tell them how I felt I told them it was the most ridiculous thing in the world to sit in a room crying because 2 people when to breakfast without the rest of the group.

training tuesday
woo for another training tuesday!
no vlog this week but I had a pretty good week!
tuesday
TRX, my new found love.
wednesday
I did a 13x1 sprint for 26 minutes. freaking loved it! ended up going 5.8 kms.
thursday
spin class. yup, my cooter still hurts.
friday
coworker and I went out at lunch time to a trail right by work and did a sort of bootcamp workout.
we'd do trade offs on different exercises for 45 seconds each. if you have any ideas for outdoor workouts let me know! it turned out to be so much fun!
saturday
not much of anything. just the ab challenge.
sunday
the best day! went on a 5k walk followed by an hour at the park with my sister and niece and then did a 10k bike ride with my dad!
monday
4k run in the BEAUTFUL outdoors!! sooo nice out this weekend/monday I couldn't get enough!
so that's about it for my training tuesday but I do have a question, what's your opinions on a heart rate monitor? I've been thinking about getting one but they are kind of an investment so I would love what you think. do you have one? love it, hate it? ever use it?

I used the awesome polyvore to create this. I'm new to this polyvore crap so cut me some slack if it sucks!
1. casual tee.
2. floral scarf. can't get enough!
3. coloured jeans! new found love. I only have one pair, almost this exact colour that I wish I could wear everyday. but that's frowned upon.
4. shades. I got the knock of ray-ban style ones so they look kind of like this..
5. bright coloured purse. I need to stop buying purses but I love this one! aldo, as per usual.
6. toms toms toms toms toms!!! I bought ones that look like these (the walmart version but still awesome).
